About the role
You'll own technology hiring for a handful of client accounts, from the first brief to the candidate's first day. Our clients trust us because we actually speak to every candidate, and you'll be the person doing that.
What you'll do
- Take briefs directly from hiring managers and push back when a requirement doesn't match the market
- Source developers, cloud, data and QA profiles through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and our database
- Run structured screening calls and write short, honest shortlist notes
- Coordinate interviews, manage offers and stay close to candidates through their notice period
- Keep our tracker up to date and share weekly updates with clients
What you'll need
- 3–6 years of IT recruitment, agency side preferred
- A working understanding of common stacks (Java, .NET, React, cloud, data) and the roles around them
- Strong Boolean and LinkedIn search skills
- Clear spoken and written English; Hindi or Telugu is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience hiring for Salesforce or SAP roles
- Experience with volume or ramp-up hiring
